Our team here at TPH were kindly invited up to the JCB factory for a walk round one of their many factories, in Uttoxeter. The day started by being met in the visitors centre and a quick overview of JCB in their in-house cinema. After this we were taken to the factory to see the process of building their smaller machines ranging from micros up to the 10 ton.
Then back to the visitors centre for a very impressive lunch. The day finished with a visit to the JCB museum, which was the perfect end to the day. A big thank you for the great hospitality given by JCB. Now for a 3-hour drive back to Northfleet!
