Wonder whether you could pass this email onto someone that cares, we are sure that you do.
We have and are hiring a digger from you – which is superb I add . It broke down at a crucial time with our footing schedule – a call to you guys and we had a engineer out that afternoon . Stuart turned up the happiest man I have ever seen in his job, what a pleasure it is that someone takes such pride in his trade . He needed a part made, which as it was now late afternoon presumed would be the next morning. Oh no, he came back that afternoon with the new part and fitted it.
Such wonderful service !! This man is a credit to your company.
